Parlor with charm - near lake, castle, 1-2 people

Charmingly furnished holiday home in the immediate vicinity of the lake. It is one of only 8 water-filled craters in the Eifel and is located in the middle of the village - right in front of the holiday home. The name Stollenstube is trend-setting: In 2022 the "Maarstollen" will be opened to visitors. The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished with the highest possible comfort and lots of love. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

Our apartment is located directly at the castle ruin and on the Maar, where you can cool down in summer. Our volcanic Eifel offers plenty of opportunities to make the day. Whether cycling, hiking (the most beautiful hiking trail DE 2019 leads directly to apartment) fishing (Maar, Jungferweiher) or motorbike in the winding Eifel or on the Nürburgring (15 min). Many attractions such as the Maare, castles (Eltz Castle), waterfalls or the cities of Cochem an der Mosel, Trier, Koblenz, etc.

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und fast fertig renoviert, es hat nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler. Es sind noch Fliesen an der Wand vom Waschbecken und man sieht die Wasser zu und ab lauf Hähne Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben.
