Beautiful Hideaway in the hills of trás os montes

This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

Apimonte Cantinho da Maria is a fully rebuilt house in 2022. Traditional architecture, the rigorous use of materials, Pedra, Madeira and Granites were considered the key elements during rebuilding. Village is between three important points Spain (5min), Bragança ( 12min) and Miranda do Douro (25min). In this place it is possible to recharge where the only noise is that of Nature.
