On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular providing access to the Grande Motte glacier.

Excellent location, quiet, at the foot of the slopes (-10m), bright by its South East exposure and its many windows, not overlooked.
