It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The station of Serre Chevalier is accessible by car at 1.5km and also by bus with stop at 200m. The apartment has a garage, very practical especially in winter ! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13km away !
