ISsa's place is located in very nice place. It's close to Opera where you can get on airport bus pretty easily. Also many charms around in terms of food and things to do.

Issa's place was perfect for touring Paris since it was within walking distance of the Louvre and Metro stations. Very functional and well equipped, the room was nice, with a pull out bed and a small kitchenette. We didn't use the washer, though it was great to have the option. Check in and check out was easy, and Issa was very accommodating of our ridiculous check in and check out times, which made everything a lot easier for us. Great place for a great price!

We had a wonderful stay here in this flat! Phillipine was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport to make sure we understood how everything worked and to make sure we had everything that we need. We didn't feel as though we were in a "touristy" part of Paris, but still felt very safe in our part of town. There is a market only a few steps away which was very convenient. Communication couldn't have been better. We had very fast responses from our hosts. Our stay was perfect! Recommend 100%

Lodging for one person! Once you have that in mind, it's perfect. Space, a clean housing and a central location. perfectly smooth communication.

The apartment is really central, everything you need is right outside the door, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants etc. the communication was perfect, the reception great everyone was so nice. the only thing that may be a problem for someone are the steps to arrive home.

The flat is cosy and basic but not in a bad way. The location is exceptional and the area is great.

I had great stay at Sandra place and well located. Is not that so easy to find the place but maybe not for other people. Grand Boulevard metro station is just a few step walk and can travel with metro in Paris easier. Don't bring your big big suitcase like me and I have to carry on the way to the 5th floor which is not so easy. Merci bien

Kevin's flat was cute & charming. The location can't be beat! Quite close to everything in Central Paris, and it's very near a number of different metro lines. Just enough space for a couple, and extremely clean! He was also really great with communication - let us know everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Nice location, we barely use the metro, because the appartment is vert central to the main spots located at 1st arrondisement (Louvre, Palais Royal, Jardin du Palais Royal). The appartment is smal but very neat and modern. Good shower, the sofa bed is very comfortable for 2 persons. We stayed 4 days in Pafis and have a very nice short holidays

Small cozy studio. Easily walkable to restaurants and cafe. 20 minute walk to the louvre and a 6 dollar uber ride to the effiel tower. It was perfectly located between montemarte and all the other attractions where I spent most of my time.

Our family stayed here for 5 days during our visit to Paris. We had three kids with us and it has the perfect amount of space. We felt safe in this area and there is a gate to the building with a personal code to get in. The Metro line 8 and 9 was just across the street and very central to all the attractions. There are many good restaurants to choose from just down the street and a grocery store nearby. We would recommend this flat to any travelers needing space in Paris!

This apartment was really great! We stayed for 5 nights. The location is pretty great. It's on a busy street but the windows keep out the street noise. It is located on a metro line directly below the building so you will hear it but it didn't bother us too much. The apartment is quite spacious with 4 good size bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Everything has been recently renovated & they did a nice job. We would love to stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable, newly renovated, 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms. From Galeries Lafayette, Paris Opera 8-minute walk. Reception of beauty is also very warm, inspiring, five-star Oh!

Place was just as described. Checking in and out is a bit cumbersome because you have to meet their representative for keys. This was not a problem for us because we had cell service, but might be harder for foreign travelers.

Place is as described and very convenient. Outside noise was not an issue for us. Air conditioning functions quite well compared to other units we have seen. Greeted on time for check in and check out. Plenty of instructions and information in unit. Some beds softer than others. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms updated, in fact entire unit seems to be recently updated. Three of the bathrooms are accessed through hall, only one connected and in room. Would not hesitate to recommend for rental.

I stayed 6 days in Lu's apartment, and it was a perfect, comfortable, and affordable base from which to explore all of central Paris. When considering this apt, keep the following in mind: It is really small, If you're traveling in summer the apt will be quite warm (there is no fan), and its on the first floor right above a hookah bar (which means some hookah-scent and lots of conversation will enter the apartment as late as 3 AM on a weekday.)

The flat was lovely and it was clean on arrival. The only downside is that it is very very loud at night with parties and after-parties in the surrounding flats going on until the small hours and on one night till 7:30am.

This airbnb apartment is a great example of home away from home. It has more than enough home appliances, fast Wifi, a fairly quiet neighbourhood close to central Paris, and conveniently located near by groceries stores for all your essential needs. Recommended.

Overall it was a pleasant one night stay for the 4 of us. The apartment is well-ventilated and hence cooling at night. The apartment is also near the metro which allowed convenient access to the city attractions. :)

The apartments we rented are located in a very nice district in the city and few minutes away from everything you need to see in Paris. The apartments are located in an old building. Our experience was average due to some hygiene issues. There's a lot of dust and there's no air conditioning. 2 fans were present however they were not enough when it was hot. Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to place your luggage and sleep for a few hours and spend most of the day outside, these apartments are pretty decent and have an excellent location.

Overall an amazing experience staying in this apartment, although our stay was really short.. The most amazing thing about the place is its location, being centrally placed and walkable to many prime locations such as Louvre and many cafe & bars. Out of the two apartments the one with 2 bedrooms is nice in its decor as well as utility. The apartment was clean, well lit and had all promised amenities. Good option to take up both apartments together for a group of upto 8 people and 2 kids as a full capacity. The host was really supportive in promptly updating on booking related information and other logistics. He also accommodated a last minute early check-in request.

This is a great set of flats with a great location. The one flat has one bedroom and the other has two. It's a great setup if you have a combined group so gives privacy if needed. Only slight downside is there is some construction going on outside as of June 2017 which is pretty noisy starting in the morning. If it's hot you're going to want to leave the windows open so it will definitely wake you up if you're sleeping in the lounge. Otherwise the double glazing does a great job of blocking out he noise to be fair so this won't be a problem in the cooler months. The location is perfectly central and gives good access to the rest of the city.

The flat and the location is amazing, Max is a really nice and helpful guy! I really recommend this flat, the only problem is 6 floors without lift make you get a bit tired after coming from doing tourism, but the flat is perfect!

The view outside is beautiful and gives you a great view of the typical buildings that you'll see in Paris. Maximilien was very hospitable and easy to contact in case there was any questions. Apartments charm perfectly located in the center of Paris. The windows overlooking the rooftops create a typical Parisian atmosphere. Yet it must be in full shape to climb the stairs to the floor 6em :-). Maximilian is very flexible in terms of time of taking possession which is a great advantage if you arrive late to the city center.

TL;DR: 100% recommended. We had a great time in Paris staying at Maximilien's place. At walking distance from Chatelet and the Louvre, and surrounded by lots of nice bars and restaurants, the location is simply perfect. The check in was easy and straightforward. Our host left us some cold drinks (very much appreciated during the Parisian summer), coffe, tea and wine. The apartment was very clean and nicely arranged. The only detail worth mentioning is that it's on the 6th floor, no elevator but that's specified in the description.

Thibault's apartment was fantastic! It's on a wonderful street full of restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the Louvre. Communication was excellent, the apartment was very clean and it was easy to get around to everywhere we wanted to go from there. We found it a bit squishy for three people, but otherwise perfect!

I had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment was perfect for my needs--close to the Louvre and the Metro and well equipped with all the amenities. I especially appreciated how clean and tidy it was. The neighborhood was delightful and with plenty of cafes and a grocery store within steps of my door. Although it was no problem for me, future guests should be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no building elevator and the steps are quite steep. With the help of Melina, who took my carry-on bag, I managed well upon arrival and throughout the rest of my stay. If I can negotiate the stairs at 70, so can you! Also, a special shout out to Melina who helped me make arrangements to get back to CDG airport when the Metro wasn't running. She is a gem. Nancy

This was my first trip to Paris and I stayed 3 nights in Thibault's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, safe, and in a perfect location. I highly recommend this apartment for 1-2 people that want to be close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and Paris history (the Louvre, etc.)

The apartment is very well located to visit Paris in a lively neighborhood, however the apartment is very quiet because it gives in a courtyard. It is quite as described. We had a great time, it's really a dream location.

Superb apartment, ideally located, Alain was reactive to our questions. The stay was very pleasant. One downside: we agreed with Alain to leave the apartment on Sunday at noon, but the keeper has manifested 11h00 to ask us to release the apartment for the maid; a little stressful especially that ultimately we respect the schedule of the contract. Nevertheless this removes nothing to the quality of the host and his apartment

Alain was the perfect host, he helped with our luggage and was very welcoming. The apartment was lovely, super clean and cosy, with everything that we needed (even a hair dryer!). There was a very helpful concierge who kept our luggage until we were ready to pick it up. The neighbourhood was fun - a great location, easy to get around. I'd definitely stay there again!

We loved the apartment. It was a fantastic location, great for 5 people with modern appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels plentiful. It's a Third story walk-up so beware with luggage, but it didn't bother me because the apartment was wonderful. The only problem was Paris had a heat wave during our stay and there is no a/c or fans so it was quite hot. Alain was a great communicator.

This little flat under the roofs is perfect for a short stay (one person or two max), it's central, clean, newly renovated, well equipped. It's not big but well designed. The area is one of my favorites in Paris, busy, plenty of bars, restaurants, night life although the studio is very quiet. Good professional welcome. I'll be back if I work again nearby.

I really loved the philippe's place, everything is exactly as in the pictures, it is super clean, white, fresh, new and (URL HIDDEN) has the best location, next to the apartment there is a super market and there you can find everything you want. the communication was constant and effective, I definitely recommend it.

I wanted to book this place for another week but the owner raised the price up from 50 to 100. But in general, it's a cool flat to stay.

All very well. We only saw one bug is that the elevator did not reach the 6th floor and go with a small child and stroller was difficult to access.

Claire's apartment is located in a quite area in the very centre of Paris. Even though we never saw Claire because she was out of town, she was a very present host and answered to our questions very quickly. The apartment is perfect for two or three people, the queen sized bed is comfortable and the mattress for the third person is comfortable too. Would recommend it if you are looking for something close to the centre but at the same time quiet. Thank you!

Claire's appartment was super cozy, simple and spacious! It's really central and surrounded by boutiques, with a little supermarket near the entrance of the building. At night the entrance to the building is locked and secured so we felt very safe. The metro station is about 3 minutes by foot (super close!). We were able to mainly go around by foot! The Louvre is at a 5 minute walk, les Halles, les Marais, Republique all that was very close. With museums, stores, clubs and cafés and restaurants as much as 5 minutes away walking distance, this was definitely one of the best appartment's I've stayed in in Paris. Less than 15 mins walking to the Louvre museum, less than 1 min to the closest supermarket and 2 mins to the closest underground station (it is just an amazing location). Avital was very communicative during all our journey. She was also very flexible (as we had some troubles with the train times), probably she use to travel a lot due to her house decoration (an AMAZING movies and video games collection the one she has XD)... a very charming girl!! We will definitely recommend this house... it was more than we expected. Thanks a lot for letting us to stay Avital!!

Definitely recommend staying at Avital's flat. It is extreme central in Paris, but it also super close to the metro and Velib stands! My stay at Avital's place exceeded my expectations, she was an excellent host, very friendly and amiable, set up the check-in time to suit me, provided everything that had been promised and even more, like an unlimited supply of coffee. The place itself was clean and homely, and very stylish too. The location is super central, it takes around 15 minutes to the Louvre and a 10 minutes walk to the Opera. Btw, I highly recommend to check out the Italian restaurant just around the corner, the window of which is decorated with bottles. On balance, the flat is excellent for a short stay. The only disadvantage I could notice was that it's less suitable for a long stay, since there's no wardrobe to store clothes. Other than that, don't hesitate to rent Avital's flat.
