Denis and Johannes went beyond our expectations to make our stay very comfortable and easy for us. On our first night they printed out a map for us to show us the relevant locations for our stay, and they even gave us a few groceries to help us out with breakfast and dinner, and overall they were incredible hosts! The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very close to Eurogress which is perfect for conferences organized in Aachen. It's also walking distance from the main attractions of Aachen. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying in Denis and Johannes’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was very well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out - like a good hotel. The space was fine for 2 people for an extended stay. The AirBnB photos don’t really do it justice. The location is great and it’s only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area and tourist attractions. Denis and Johannes were very friendly and helpful, and eager to please; we couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts, and they have a sweet little dog.

The furnuture is so New and modern and so clean. The bad is wide and comfortable. You have tv, radio, table, chairs, cupboard. The place is very clean. The bathroom is very comfortable. You can find enough towels, and even a packet of pasta and species, a bottle of water in the kitchen. In short you can find everything you need in your own HOME. Denis and her husband are very Kind persons. The location is perfect, close all shoping, nice Parks and the city center. If I will visit Aachen İt is sure that I will stay in the same place.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at this place for my work. Astrid and her husband were very welcoming-- they showed us around and answered our questions, and then left us to have privacy for the rest of the two days. We had the upstairs bedroom, living room and bathroom to ourselves. It is connected to the main house (downstairs), but there was a door that separated the two parts of the house. They house is not in the center of town, but in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the center by bike. This is a great location because the city center is very restrictive for cars in terms of parking, so biking is really the best way to get around anyway. The place was wonderfully modern and clean and they supplied us with two bikes in great condition for getting into town and a space in the driveway for our car. They had stocked the place with wine, water, teas and coffees for our use. Although there is no kitchen, there are some plates and mugs, a toaster, and a kettle to use. Since we have both lived in Maastricht before, we did not need the tourist information, but there were tons of maps and recommendations for sights, trips and restaurants available just in case. Definitely recommend!

Astrid greeted us warmly and showed us around the beautiful suite. She had wines and beer to start us with our holiday feeling! In addition Astrid provided us with many local tips suitable for every possible interest and taste. She is a kind hostess who clearly wants guests to relax and enjoy their time in Maastricht. I came a bit late at 7pm. Came with my family and our 1 month baby. Astrid and her husband came to pick us up at the train station. We were also delivered back to the station on the day of our check out. Apartment is perfect! I would recommend everyone to book this accommodation.

Astrid was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find some good places to eat, set us up wth a few bikes to easily go into and out of the city quickly, and met us for check-in at the residence. The flat was lovely, and the bed was quite large and comfortable. There was a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, which were good for quick breakfasts. The terrace was nice and sunny with a pretty view of the rooftops. Would recommend staying here for those who would like to come see Maastricht!

It's a little house. A big bedroom with a great auping bed. Modern TV with all connectivity. Next to it the kitchen with a great table. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with herbs, spices and all utensils you have at home. The badroom has a big wardrobe. The shower is very comfortable. The level of decoration and detail is very high. The garden is nice to sit (I had a nice sunny at least). The host is a pleasant person, very communicative and really knows what she is doing. 10/10 would stay again here. Highly recommended top location.

Mirte was a friendly and helpful host, and her place was great. In her place, guests have their own private room and bathroom. It had plenty of room for two people, and you had the choice of two single beds or one double bed. The bathroom is an en-suite bathroom, which is good if you like privacy, and you also had a unique little cave attached to the room, which was pretty interesting. You also received access to a washing machine which is handy. The only thing that people should note is that the kitchen in the guest room only comes with a small oven and microwave, but no stove top. This was not a problem for me, but if you are looking to cook while you are staying in an Airbnb it is something to consider. Overall though, I'd recommend Mirte's place due to its excellent location and large space granted to guests.

Mirte was spot on. Lovely place, magic location, perfect reception. The tidy little apartment is right in the middle of where you want to be. Clean tidy and sparse but tons of attention to detail, guest in formation and treats! If you are going to Valkenburg this is the place to stay.

This is a charming little apartment located in the center of the old city with easy access to restaurants and other activities. Mirte is a gracious and accommodating host. Her apartment is well appointed and has well thought out extras such as coffee, shampoo, conditioner........ Parking is a little difficult as it is in the entire center of the old town. If you park on the other side of the Railroad station after dropping bags, parking is free. That is about a 10 minute walk, not difficult at all. Your other option is to pay for parking. I guess I choose the expensive one, mine was 20 Euro for one day across the street as I thought it was 10 Euros, but that is only until midnight. (Mirte warned me that this particular parking was expensive). This apartment is nestled in between two Italian restaurants on a small breezeway. If you use one of the map apps, it points to one of the restaurants. I make this trip twice a year on business and will gladly engage her apartment next time.

Small (but cute) place but excellent location, perfect for solos/ pairs wanting a more reasonably-priced place that is right in the heart of town. The host is wonderful and communicated extremely well with us. This made our stay very enjoyable.

Mirte's studio was the best airbnb I have stayed in! The property was perfectly located, just 30 seconds from the town centre, but in a very quiet little street. The studio was the perfect size for 2 people, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Thr beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Mirte was a wonderful host, very communicative and friendly and she made the studio very welcoming and festive! We loved our bonus personal Christmas cave too! :-) We had a great time in Valkenburg and would highly recommend Mirte's place to anyone visiting the town - we didn't want to leave!

If you're planning on staying in Limburg, try and reserve this studio. It was better arranged than an average hotel. The bed, the bathroom, the cave. It was all very good. Besides that, Mirte is very helpful and the studio is right in the heart of Valkenburg. Big fat recommendation!

The place was ideally located on the backside of maastricht station. I did not hear any train noise so that was also good. Very nice and clean room and of course all public transport due to the station was nearby.

The location of the room is fantastic, very close to the train station and just a few mins walk to the centre. The room is clean and tidy, with a little bonus sunset view (if you are lucky enough). With stairs so be prepared to take your luggage up. Suzanne is responsive and friendly. Wifi here is super smooth. Will definitely recommend this place to solo travellers.

Suzanne is a very kind host and her house is a great place to base yourself in Maastricht. It's very close to the train and bus station. One minute to the trains, 20 secs to flixbus. The room itself is clean and comfortable, it even had a water boiler for tea and coffee. I can recommend her place to anyone!

We had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing week with our newborn baby girl. Maud and Rob were the perfect hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and stylish B&B. Breakfast was tasty and very generous, the apartment spacious and perfect for a couple + small baby. Since it is ideally located for walks, we spent a good deal of our time outside. We had a car to get there but the B&B can also be easily reached using public transport. Shops and places to visit are nearby. All in all - a perfect place to relax!

The B&B of Rob and Maud was superb! They were on vacation, so we were welcomed by their parents, who were the kindest to us! The cottage itself was really comfortable and had nice touches regarding design. Every morning we woke up there was a bag at our door with freshly baked bread and croissants. Next to that the fridge was filles with yummy stuff for breakfast. As we were in Beek for a family weekend we brought our own bikes and enjoyed the surroundings of the B&B on our bike. Rob and Maud's place was exactly as described on Airbnb. It was the perfect place to get away which is why we only left the apartment to do some grocery shopping :) It was extremely cozy and the stove was so nice to have. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was very complete. The bathroom was super clean and smelled very good. The hosts were very discreet but available if needed which was great. The experience we had at Rod and Maud's place was lovely! The little cottage they are renting is even better than what it looks in the pictures, it's spotless clean and they have paid attention to every little detail... from bathrobes (!!!) to fresh eggs, milk and yoghurt in glass containers, and fresh croissants every morning waiting for you at your doorstep :-). They are both very helpful and friendly guests and they made us feel at home. The place is so beautiful, it's really worth planning a holiday around your stay there. We are looking forward to revisiting them soon.

Een bijzondere locatie in de watermolen op loopafstand van het centrum van Gulpen. Bijzonder mooi opgeknapt pand. Locatie is prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten en wandeltochten in de omgeving. Communicatie met Dymph verliep soepel en snel.

Mooie stylvol ingerichte accommodatie en zeer goede verzorging, aandacht voor de gasten. Op een centraal gelegen locatie.

Een werkelijk prachtige locatie waar in ieder detail de aandacht en liefde voelbaar is voor deze monumentale molen met luxe comfort. De gastvrijheid is hartverwarmend en we raden iedereen aan hier te verblijven.

Wij hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad op de mooie zolderverdieping boven de molen. Recent opgeknapt, sfeervol en wat ons betreft helemaal compleet. Er is mogelijkheid om zelf wat te koken, maar er zijn ook genoeg leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Bij de molen beginnen verschillende wandelroutes, een bord met kaart en routes staat iets verderop de straat in. Een goede start voor een wandeling is geen probleem: iedere ochtend wordt er voor een heerlijk ontbijt gezorgd. Dymph en haar gezin doen er alles aan om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken en zijn bij vragen heel goed bereikbaar. Het constante geluid van het waterrad is wel altijd aanwezig, maar niet storend vonden wij. Bovendien ligt de slaapkamer wat van het rad af en kun je (zeker met gesloten deuren) rustig slapen. Leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je verschillende producten van de molen kunt kopen. Echt een leuk en gastvrij onderkomen op een unieke locatie!

Prachtig en uniek appartement in nog werkende watermolen. Tot in de puntjes verzorgt en een lieve gastvrije familie staat op je te wachten. Heerlijk geslapen, vers en uitgebreid ontbijt. Absolute aanrader!! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Een prachtige plek om te verblijven. De locatie- slapen in een watermolen- was super. De details die met zorg zijn bewaard straalt je tegemoet. Badkamer en slaapkamer waren luxe en netjes. De open zolder naast de slaapkamer was fijn om in te eten. De ontvangst en uitgeleide door Dymph was alleraardigst. Hopelijk ga ik binnenkort weer naar zuidlimburg want dan weet ik waar ik ga slapen.

Ik kan deze accommodatie alleen maar aanbevelen. Zelden zult u in zo'n bijzonder historisch pand verblijven. De communicatie loopt zeer soepel en de ontvangst is perfect! Hun alleraardigste zoon heeft ons zelfs nog naar Valkenburg gebracht!

We stayed here for a weekend to getaway from the city and also do some outdoor activities. If you are interested in hiking/biking, this is a great place to stay. The house is very clean and well furnished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends or family.

The apartment itself is in a beautiful area with amazing views and thoughtfully and comfortably decorated. There were some dead bugs, but can appreciate windows had been left open for breeze. Unfortunately our experience of the host at checkin didn't give a good start to our holiday. I've never given other than a great review, but felt it only fair to be honest and I gave the host a chance to discuss and he ignored my requests. We were unfortunately late for the afternoon time we were due to check in (after we booked he asked for a 30 minute arrival window as someone needed to travel from nearby to let us in). I ended up with a fever overnight so let him know that morning that we would be late, and asked if we could confirm timing once on the road and could predict traffic clearly. We did so, and due to a road accident ahead of us, had to revise our time from original estimate. I appreciate this is a difficult situation for a host - but things do happen when travelling (though this is a first for me). Bram's manner of handling the situation was not gracious nor professional. When we arrived and met the check in agent we apologised profusely, she was very kind and lovely and said it was absolutely no problem for her at all. Beam had made it sound like a huge problem and had us very worried and stressed - we had not even stopped to eat, at his request. So, you may have a great experience as it sounds like others have, but it tarnished ours. We wanted no communication with Bram after check in, although I politely contacted him twice after we left asking to speak so I could feel better before reviewing, as didn't really want to hurt his business - but he did not respond.

We stayed in Geleen between july 27 and august 6. Timo's apartment was clean, luminous, spacious, quiet. We found wifi (EMAIL HIDDEN) and it works very well. All people we met in Geleen were very kind!

Timo's place is located in the center of Geleen, and a good option for visiting the south or the middle of Limburg. It is a 15-minute walk to the Lutterade train station, and from there it's about 15 minutes till Maastricht. I had some trouble finding the city center of Geleen, following the street signs. So I'd recommend using some navigation. Timo is very friendly, and luckily he waited over an hour for me to arrive. He is totally into arts, and one can have a good conversation about that. The room is simple but good. Shower and kitchen clean, so very good.

The place is spacious, clean and well equipped. It's a great deal for its price. It works well as Basecamp to visit Maastricht. Maastricht station takes less than 30 min from door to door, and the train runs every half hour. Moreover, Geleen has also shops, markets and a lively daytime scene to offer. Timo is a very attentive host with good tips to go around Maastricht.

Timo's apartment is very convenient for visiting Maastricht. In a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets & restaurants close by, but quiet for a very peaceful sleep, I was very well rested & ready for sight seeing after my night there. Timo is a gracious host, accommodating & looks to the comfort of guests. I would certainly recommend Timo's place.

Timos place was amazing. A great spot on our drive home to the UK. Timo has a lovely flat and was so easy to communicate with. He was very sweet and got us tea and milk for the morning. He is an artist and we loved the curiosity shop below too which sold so many wonderful quirky items. The town itself is cute and a great place from where to explore the surrounding areas.

Relaxing and peaceful apartment in the country surrounded by farm. Isolated, yet less than 30 minutes drive from Maastricht, Aachen and many great things to see in southern Limburg. Gertie was a very friendly and accommodating host. The house is quite large and was kept very clean. Outside, there is a great sitting area and plenty of interesting animals on the property.

Gertie's home is in a wonderful location surrounded by walking/biking paths. The property has horses, chickens, peacocks, dogs, and even llamas. She kindly left us fresh eggs upon our arrival, was very flexible with check-in, and was very welcoming to us and our dog (border collie) who accompanied us.

A secluded place, nice to go out for walks in the fields and watch the sunset. There are cute, friendly dogs in the property who played with ours (and our dog doesn't play with all dogs!) and even came with us for walks. Gertie was approachable and welcoming and it's nice to see her farm animals around. I now know what it is like to go to bed with the sound of a peacock. Truly nature. We wish we had stayed for longer.

Wat een prachtige plek, wat een gastvrije verhuurster, wat een geweldige omgeving. In de paar dagen dat we er waren enorm genoten en tot rust gekomen. In het sfeervolle huisje heb je privacy ondanks dat het aan het woonhuis zit maar kun je ook gebruik maken van alle sfeervolle plekjes in de tuin. Onze 2 honden werden snel opgenomen door de 4 van Gerti en zodoende hadden ze alle ruimte om los over het terrein te struinen en kennis te maken met alle verschillende dieren. Verse eitjes, kruiden uit de tuin nieuwe aardappeltjes maakte elke maaltijd een feestje. En dan de dag eindigen met een glas wijn bij het haardvuur. Top!!!

Gertie heeft een prachtige plek gecreëerd, haar huis, haar tuin, de dieren.. alles ziet er even mooi uit. Het appartement bestaat uit de eerste en tweede verdieping. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. Alle standaard dingen waren aanwezig. Ga hierheen als je rust zoekt, en heerlijk wil wandelen. Wij zijn naar Valkenburg gewandeld, was perfect!

We loved staying at this cosy studio apartment. It has everything we needed and was great value. The hosts were very friendly and the apartment actually had more than we expected (an exercise machine!) and felt very homey (they put a little Xmas tree in the apartment as we were there leading up to Xmas Day). We'll be back next time we're in Limburg!

The place is clean. The garden is not big but has a great place to sit. So big that there is a dining table there under the roof outside. It will give great evenings. Vitria and Co communicate quickly and are very friendly. I forgot some belongings and they notified me quickly so I could still pick them up.

The apartment is located near a huge and impressive park. Private with a lovely garden and with convenient parking. Vitria and co are very welcoming and nice and are clearly well prepared and geared to hosting people at their ground floor apartment. It's not luxurious but we (wife, 2 small kids and I) had all we needed and that's fine for the price we paid.

A very-very clean and well-equipped apartment in an amazing country-side setting, had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants some peace and quiet in a nice neighborhood with lovely hosts.

A beautiful apartment with all the home comforts you could need. A wonderful location, peaceful and quiet but only a pleasant 15 minute walk to the train into Maastricht. The breakfast supplied was amazing and plenty enough for several days and the little chocolates were delicious! Reit was a lovely host and I would highly recommend staying here. If I wasn't moving to the area permanently I would definitely be back!

The apartment is bigger than we thought from the pictures, it is very clean and new, with everything that is needed. It was nice to enjoy the terrace! Riet and André are very welcoming, it was easy to communicate and plan the arrival. The breakfast and welcome treats were great, thank you very much for the delicious vlaai! We had a great time visiting the Geul and Gulp valleys and hills. Highly recommended! Het appartement is groter dan we dachten uit de foto's, het is erg schoon en nieuw, met alles wat nodig is. Het was leuk om te genieten van het terras! Riet en André zijn zeer gastvrij, het was makkelijk om te communiceren en de aankomst te plannen. Het ontbijt en welkomstdrankjes waren geweldig, heel erg bedankt voor de heerlijke vlaai! We hadden een geweldige tijd aan de Geul en Gulp valleien en heuvels. Van harte aanbevolen!

We had a great stay! Riet made us feel very welcome and was always available for questions. Communication before was clear and responses were very quick. The apartment was brand new and has great finishing. It was exactly as the pictures promised The living room has an extremely high ceiling making it very spacious. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Breakfast for the first day(s) was included and we were welcomed by the best Limburgian strawberry vlaai we ever tasted. The apartment has a partially covered balcony with a great view over the surrounding hills and sunset. The beds (twin box springs) were very comfortable. The bedroom had enough space for the travel bed of our son. The apartment is located above a carpenters workplace, but we never experienced any noise. It has a very nice view over the Limburgian landscape and two local roads crossing, many cyclists and hikers pass by. A great place to stay if you are looking for something peaceful and quiet, but still with some movement and people outside. It is close to nearby towns of Valkenburg (10 minute drive by car) and Klimmen. A great starting point for trips to other places in southern Limburg such as Vaals, Heerlen etc.

Het appartement in Klimmen is een fantastische plek, gezellig ingericht, licht, ruim, prachtig uitzicht over het Limburgse landschap en centraal gelegen om van daaruit de omgeving te ontdekken. We werden verwend met een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt voor de volgende dag(en) en heerlijke Limburgse vlaai. Riet is een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. We raden deze mooie plek dan ook zeker aan.

Een 5 sterren verblijf in een zeer mooi luxe appartement. Het appartement is met zorg ingericht. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het appartement over de heuvels Vanuit het appartement kunnen verschillende wandelingen worden gedaan. Het is een echt wandel gebied. Fietsen vonden we minder geslaagd i.v.m. de heuvels. Daarnaast zijn steden als Maastricht en Valkenburg dicht bij. Bij aankomst een goed gevulde koelkast zodat er voldoende is voor ontbijt en later. Ruime zit eet en slaap gelegenheden. Echt een topper en aanrader. Wij komen er zeker een keer terug.

I can't say enough about the location of this apartment. It is perfectly central on a small lively square. Great coffee, food, drinks literally at the doorstep. The Murphy bed was easy to use and comfortable. I was surprised how much noise the windows blocked given that the square stays busy well into the night. Once closed I couldn't hear much.

The studio is perfect for a couple, very clean and cozy, the bed is really comfortable, the area has a lot of restaurants and you are truly in the center, just be aware that the apartment is in third floor and there are no elevators

Nice and clean appartment on a great location in the city center. You can see the Dom chuch from the windows! With windows closed you don't really hear the sounds from the square below.

Wir hatten ein super Wochenende in Aachen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage der Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum, war einfach einmalig, alles konnte zu Fuß erledigt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Guido's apartment is on a very convenient location. Super market, central station are very close, and the city center is also on a walking distance. I got Guido's own place, as he was away for a trip. The place is similar to the one shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and his coffee machine, with fresh beans, is a real treat. Guido had arranged a good welcome, and I got good help in getting settled. Next time I go back to Maastricht I will book again at his place.

Guido welcomed us warmly and showed the different parts of the apartment. He was so friendly and his apartment was perfect. A big apartment with all facilities you need to stay. We enjoyed staying in his apartment. I recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to stay in Maastricht.

We enjoyed this apartment. The Guido father was very kind with us and informed of all the details. As it was very hot, the father of Guido left a fan, which was very helpful. The apartment is near the central (URL HIDDEN) also has a supermarket very close. To the city center it is easy to walk. The apartment is clean and enjoyed the terrace. It was possible to do the check out in the evening ( 18:30) , which was fantastic for us. I recommend this apartment.

Guido is a very good host. The location is quite good. Very clean and beautyful house same as the pictures showed. The view was excellent at night.
