Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntalradweg, 100 m away from a cozy jausenstation , 10 minutes from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Emperor Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered on request. The city of Kufstein (railway station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or by city bus. The large fenced garden invites you to play, grill and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at just under 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the comb. Living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you are in 15 minutes on the highway as well as in Brannenburg with many shops. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour.Even day trips to South Tyrol are not a problem.

Quiet apartment with lake view in Thiersee

Apartment with conservatory on the beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to the lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour ( 2km). There is a large playground 500m away with a pizzeria. Supermarket 1km away. Many small hikes up to difficult day trips are feasible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Alpinists will be as happy here as families with small children.
