“A GR staple for over 27 years! Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Easy walk from our Airbnb. We think this is more fun in bigger groups so you can sample more tapas but can still be fun for 2! "Breezy tapas spot for Mediterranean & Spanish flavors with an upbeat ambiance, plus cooking classes."”

“Downtown GR location is the original HopCat! Colorful spot on the very busy Ionia Avenue right next to VanAndel Arena. Huge covered patio allows for outside seating most days spring-summer-fall. Very large selection of beers on tap! Easy walk mostly downhill from our Airbnb.”

“Indoor and outdoor dining. Fairly new restaurant of the year in GR 2 years ago. "Modern gastropub with a meat-heavy menu of globally inspired fare, 100+ whiskeys & draft beer." Vegetarians will find enough to eat here, too. Longer walk from our Airbnb but mostly downhill. Close to several other hotspots on the NW side of downtown.”

“These guys actually have a location in Eastown as well. They make great pizza and brew their own beer, too. Both locations are great, offer the same menu, and both have the availability of some outside seating when the weather is nice, and both have roll-up doors that can give that alfresco dining experience while being covered with a roof! Both located in renovated historic buildings. Stop in for a Harmony Salad and a Good Earth Pizza - nothing better!”

“Graydon's Crossing is AWESOME! I love this place. The bartenders are the nicest people and they have fantastic food. Their Fish and Chips are the best in West Michigan. And that is no joke. Also, they have great happy hour deals on Beer, Wine, Cocktails and Appetizers every weekday 3-6pm. AND! On Sundays they have Mimosa Bottle Service Deal $20. And the atmosphere is just awesome. They are like a British themed bar that will always have the British Football on the TV. (Soccer) ”
