A truly unique experience. The living space sits in the attic of the barn which is 13’ off the ground. Soak up the sun on the deck or relax and watch the sun set over the Rockies. There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.

Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Just a few steps down to the garden level to a separate, private (locked) space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like your own laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, even a cozy gas fireplace in the living area. It’s It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9 PM

Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We do not allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet.
