Just 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch and 5-15 min drive to a number of Maine beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a cat that lives in private portion of home.

There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)
