I’m not really one for writing reviews but had to in this instance and this place would have been given a 7 rating across the board if possible. Immaculately clean, secluded, stylish and spacious area. Lots of special touches that are above and beyond and I could it rate it highly enough. Anyone travelling to London wishing to avoid the expense and hustle and bustle of central London this is ideal, with off road parking and Waterloo station only a 25 minute train ride away from the local station only 5 minutes walk away.

Cathy & Dan-Erik were fabulous hosts with super easy communication (always responding straight away). The studio was far better than expected! It’s set in their beautiful garden and has absolutely everything you need with a very well-stocked kitchenette (far better stocked than my own full-sized kitchen!). It also had great WiFi and was absolutely spotless. We had a wonderful weekend there with it being only a few minutes drive to Kingston and the river Thames.

Dan and Erik ‏ These couple they are absolutely amazing people. They are welcoming us very well very friendly, I felt like I know them for a very long time they made me very comfortable, Definitely when I come back next time to London I will book it again, I would say 10 star Rather than 5 star ⭐️

Cathy and Dan-Erik are such lovely welcoming hosts. It was my second stay at the 'Alpine Cottage' and I cannot fault it. Comfortable, cosy, spotlessly clean, fabulous shower and lots of thoughtful extras. Plus only a few minutes walk to the train station direct to London. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights at Cathy and Dan-Erik’s place, which is close to Tolworth Station. Their home is absolutely fabulous, comfortable, clean and tidy. Guests can find everything they need for they stay as if you are at your own home. Cathy and Dan-Erik are amazing hosts, welcoming and friendly. We would definitely return one day and we recommend it 100% to other people. Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend.

Cathy and Dan-Erik are exemplary hosts and were warm and friendly from the moment I arrived. The kitchen was spotless and stocked with some lovely basic essentials as well as a fresh milk. The bathroom was clean and bright and stocked with lovely soaps and shampoos. The shower was absolutely fantastic... larger that usual and extremely powerful... a complete delight. The room was exactly as described with a very comfortable bed, a cupboard, a table and a couple of chairs. There was a gale howling outside but we hardly heard this because of the double glazing and installation. It was also freezing cold outside but the room stayed lovely and warm. This is the best Airbnb that I have stayed in and I can highly recommend it.

Everyone who wants to stay can feel free like a home and very quite place .

The place was perfect for what I needed. Cecilia added some nice touches that I didn't expect like the tea and coffee in the room and bathroom supplies. She was very accommodating even when I had to arrive quite late. Thank you Cecilia!

Cecilia is very welcoming, generous. The place is really clean, quiet, peaceful. Great location as very close to the A3, but really quiet street with free on street parking. You are independent and can use her lovely home freely.

Cecilia is a great host, very warm and friendly and easy to chat with. Lots of ‘little extras’ to make your stay very comfortable. Loved having a fridge in the bedroom with everything to make an early morning drink. Lots of information about the area and buses etc. Parking on site was a great advantage. Would highly recommend.

A quietly located house, near central Epsom. Comfortable rooms, very clean - when the house is full the bathroom can get crowded but has never been a problem. Recommended !

This is a beautiful house with very comfortable beds

I spent 2 weeks at Sharon's and it was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the house was always impeccably clean. There were three other people staying in the house at the same time but all of them were kind and respectful of the space. Sharing one bathroom between guests can be a bit busy in the mornings though! The house was always in great order and Sharon is communicative and great to talk to, and if there are any issues she will help with them immediately.

Anjana is a wonderful host. She is so welcoming and kind and the house is wonderful and clean. The room was a lot bigger and more comfortable than I was expecting and while the bathroom is shared it is shared with other guests only and is kept immaculate. I was able to use the kitchen and socialise as much as I wanted but when I wanted to chill out I could go to my room and I was never disturbed. The house is located just a short walk from shops, buses and a train station. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely book again!

A great place to stay! Our second visit - and we will be back!

This is an exceptional place in which to stay, so clean and stylish, yet so comfortable! How great to have a really comfy chair in which to sit plus, all the little 'extras' were so unexpected! The bus stop is just around the corner so, if you haven't a car, it's easy to reach from the local station and to generally get around. Sam was so helpful - a great host! We can thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Jonathon's place was just as described, very clean, location was perfect. Had everything we needed to make our stay a home away from home feeling! Jonathon's mother was so nice and hospitable!! We had a great stay and would highly recommended.

Stayed at Jonathons while looking for a place to live on moving into the city. This was just what I needed ... kitchen with all appliances, a lovely bathroom, comfy bed and washing machine without the cost of having to get a place all to myself. And just on the A3 made it very easy to drive in and out of the city. Really well worth the money, espec if you need a slightly longer stay in a super private space.

Clean, private space, enough for two (maybe 3 people). It’s about an hour 15 fifteen minutes from the London and other really fun hotspots so leave early. There are great food spots and a grocery store walking distance.

My stay at Jonathon's was perfect. The apartment is well thought out, fresh and light and had everything I needed. I stayed for 4 nights whilst in London decorating my rented out flat so coming in later and tired, it was welcoming to come back to a peaceful setting, cook some food and relax. I briefly met Jonathon and his mother when I arrived, greeting me with a smile, they were both welcoming and lovely and left me to it. Many thanks again Jonathon for making a tough week easier.

Heidi's the most amazing host I ever got to know. Not only was the communication very easy with her from the beginning onwards, she especially looked beautifully after us while staying with her. She served us each morning a wonderful breakfast with a fantastic coffee, switched the heating on just before we came back to the house, so it was cozy and warm etc. She's very easy going and therefore it's such a pleasure to stay at her beautiful house, where every detail is made and decorated with lots of love. Thank you Heidi, we had a fantastic time at yours.

It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Close to Hampton Court and Chessington theme park. We visited Thorpe Park which was half hour away as well so pretty close. The cabin itself is really cosy and comfortable and a nice continental breakfast was a bonus. Heidi is a lovely host and really went out of her way to make us all feel at home. Also great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Fon is lovely and I felt very relaxed and comfortable in her home. The bed is comfy, there are tea making facilities, a mini fridge, tv and use of a nice bathroom. Other reviews are right that the road is noisy but it’s not a problem. This is a great value stay for good access to Surrey or SW London by car. Thanks Fon!

Fon’s place is lovely ! Her and her family are so sweet and the house is extremely clean. The room has a nice double bed , and there’s tons of light in the room. The bathroom is really spacious and there’s a bus stop a few meters from the home. Fond hospitality was so great & I’d definitely recommend it & Fon to anyone in the area.

Fon's house is immaculate, stylish and relaxing. She has thought about what guests need during their stay, and provides it, and is welcoming without being intrusive. Will defintely stay there again.

Nice stay at Maria's home, I can only recommend!

Maria's Place is cosy and with an outstanding location, close to bus stops and Tolworth train station. Although they are two dogs in the residence they are well behaving and friendly. There are mover amenities than advertised so you can ask Maria about anything and she will kindly answer.

A smashing place to stay.

I booked Su's place for my five cousins from Canada who were visiting me and wanted to sightsee in London and the South Coast. They were very happy staying there, they said the bedrooms and wardrobe space were a good size, they were able to cook breakfast every morning, park their large hire car off the road, and they were only ten minutes away from me in Ewell East. Perfect for a five night stay.

Booked Su’s home for my parents. A very clean place providing my parents with a very pleasant and comfortable stay during their visit.

We were in that house over New Year's Eve. Everything was perfect. Enough room in the kitchen and living room for 9 people. It was all clean and the house was equipped with everything you need. You can easily get to the heart of London by public transport and the shopping facilities are very close to the house. All in all I can recommend this accommodation very much. Martin was a great host.

The apartment is very clean and big, the location is a bit biased, but it is convenient to take a bus to the town centre and 2 minutes to the station.

We had a wonderful time at Zuzanas place. The space was clean, with a very spacious and stylish kitchen. We were offered breakfast which was very nice. Both zuzana and her husband were very hospitable and responsive. Kingston high street was a bus ride away and a lovely place to spend the day.

Suzanna was a great host. The bedroom is really nice appointed and clean. I had a lovely stay.

My stay with Zuzana was an excellent experience for my first time use of air b&b. Zuxana and Dan were very welcoming, responding promptly to any messages ( no problem when had to drop off luggage early) and I found facilities clean and tidy. The location is only 20 min walk to Surbiton Station and bus services 5 mins walk. Hampton Court is close by and don't miss opportunity to visit Wisley Gardens and Polesden Lacey. I would not hesitate to return and hope my next experience of using air b& b services is as good.

Staying at Fabricio and Marc’s home was fabulous! I got a fantastic big room with a huge bed! The whole house was very clean, including the bathroom and the kitchen. I could use all the kitchen facilities and cooked a few times. The broadway with all the lovely restaurants and shops is just minutes away from their house and the train station. Fabricio and Marc are very friendly, lovely people. I am very happy with my stay!

Antwan is such a lovely guy, I really enjoyed my stay at his lovely home. The house is just as in the photos, very stylish and comfortable. The bedroom is very spacious but still cosy with a comfortable bed and a large tv. There was a shared bathroom, with a bath and rain shower. I was allowed free access to the kitchen to use and able to leave things in the fridge, for my daily use. Antwan loves scented candles so the house always smelled lovely and very welcoming when I came in from the cold outside. I had a hired car which I could park on the drive, and it was easy to find the house and drive anywhere from this address, which wasn’t far from Kingston Town Centre. Antwan was very pleasant to chat too and extremely helpful even coming out to help one evening when my own car broke down and I was stranded. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and stay here again if I need a place to stay in South London.

I stayed at Antwan’s for work an it was ideal. The house is very clean and tidy and Antwan is super helpful. The room is very big and bright. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay there.

This is the best Air BNB I have slept in so far. It was sparkling clean. Warm and so beautiful. They have an electric fireplace. The host was amazing. Gave me the privacy I love. It such an amazing stay there.

I have stayed at Fon's place on three separate occasions recently ... The room is a good size with space to hang clothes and it is kept very clean. It is located a short walk from the bus stop. The only slight drawback is that the bathroom is upstairs. But what makes all the difference is a warm welcome. No doubt I will come again...
