“One of the most famous Pizzerias in the world. Part of the famous duo (along with Pepe's) on Wooster street. My personal favorite pizza on the planet. Expect long lines and slow service. Don't go if you in a rush, but if you want a piece of New Haven and pizza history definitely go. ”

“Rudy's was relocated and revamped after 75 years of being the best dive bar in town. The new location is cleaner, has better interior design, and an expanded menu, but the fact that it is no longer a dive bar is also a disappointment to many. I don't go here for the service, the food, or the cocktails. I come here for the decent-to-good beer selection, a baseball game on the TV (note, this is NOT a sports bar and the TVs are not invasive) and the company. So this bar may not be the bar for you, but I'm recommending it for those special bar flies out there that don't want anything too fancy and enjoy other bar flies. Don't go on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday nights when they have karaoke/DJs.”

“The best bread in New Haven! This great cafe/bookstore has been in New Haven for decades. It is in the ground floor of the British Art Museum which makes for a nice combination of activities on a rainy day. The British Art Museum is free also!”

“Often credited with making the first hamburger in America, Louis is a one of a kind place, open since 1895. The adage doing it my way does no apply here. The hamburger are without ketchup, on white toast with cooked onion and to die for. ”
