  • Julie's place was much better than expected. It could easily sleep 5 people and was spotlessly clean. The house was modern and surprisingly larger than I thought it would be. Julie couldn't check me in but had someone else do it in her place - this was a quick and easy fix and I loved that this was handled well. I most importantly loved Julie's quick and accurate communication. Once again, the home was beautiful and much more than I expected. It's also an easy walk to shops and a bus stop. I can't wait to stay at Julie's place again !

HOUSE RULES 1 Be respectful, quiet and caring with all your neighbourhood and environment inside and outside the house. 2.Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the house if you do outside the house please extinguish and pickup all cigarettes rubbish and also dispose all rubbish from house Daily in the bin provided. Chair provided outside and pots for dumping butts. 3.Please if you drink alcohol with foods have to be in absolute moderation at all time and never in the street or outside the house. 4a. Please do not attempt to wash in the house shower or vanity as piping damages was received due to this practice, there are some laundromats for washing-drying nearby (self serve ). We supply if it is urgent a valet service collecting your bag (around 7 kg standard or 15 kg jumbo size) and wash-drying-folding with 24hr after delivery for costing please check with owners. 4b.Please be considerate in relation of all the electrical PLEASE TURN OFF ALL DEVICES WHILE YOU ARE OUT OF THE FLAT, all devices inside the house must be looked after. Any defect shall be reported to the owner and not trying to repair or intervene yourself. Overseas people please check voltage of appliances before is connected. ALL BREAKAGES of glasses, cups, appliances, etc should be REPORTED to owners before or at CHECKOUT for costing estimation. 5.Please be Energy Wise when using the Electricity and Water, these utilities are provided but over certain limit will be charged an excess. Please be careful not to leave lights and devices ON (Air conditioning, Cooktops, TVs, etc.) While you are not at home or during the night only the necessary light to remain on. 6. Please Pay in advance, we accept modifications including additional guests or extra days after booking but payment must be agreed before arriving. 7. We provide one or two spots of parking but If you have more visitors with car please park them on the street in any of the vacant spaces and never obstructing the driveways (we will indicate the spots possible to park on the street if required). In an emergency case please call us if you need help to extra park them in our driveway. 8. TUESDAY NIGHT you should be putting your rubbish bin on the street grass next to letterbox. Collection of Rubbish is on Wednesday early hours and for that reason please do not park on the Street Tuesday night –Wednesday Morning even in areas next to driveways because they will be limiting the capacity of operation of Collection Trucks. 9. If you Cook ALWAYS REMOVE COVERS of cooktop plates and TURN ON Fan of Rangehood (at Max Speed 2 or 3) and later clean the pots, dishes, cups, glasses, cooktop plate and any spill on the kitchenette table, microwave and/or frypan used. 10. Please Clean the House at all time and keep things in order; there will be an inspection and revision of cleaning each week for longer stays, after agreement between guests and owners. 11. Any problem please ring us on our mobile or house phone or SMS or email. 12. Toiletries soap, shampoo, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. One basic supply will be available only at the beginning of the lease, later is your responsibility to resupply. 13. Bed Linen is supplied, Towels and Tea Towels everything has been thoroughly clean, sometimes is new sometimes is used but always hygienically washed. For people staying more than 5 days if necessary they can request extra towels, calling the owners. 14. Air Conditioning is a brand new Split system located in main room. Air conditioners engineers advised that the installed capacity allow to reach all rooms providing internal doors are kept open and fans in bedrooms are ON for some time. We ask our guests to use the "Good Sleep function" + "Set" in set times of 1 hour at a time to save energy. 16. If you break any of these rules and guidelines you will be not welcomed in this family house. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and we have a nice cul de sac street, with no traffic except for people who live here. Walk to Reserve Parks are only 300m from the house. Bike and pedestrian roads are inside this protected area. PowerHouse Museum is only 2 km away, around 15 minutes walking. Casula Library is about 1km next to Casula mall shopping (Kmart and Coles are open 24 hrs), Woolworth is just across the street 400m walking. Gyms are only 500m away. There are Buses 870-871-872 every 10 min only 400m away. Train Station is a lovely 20 minute walk or a short 10 minute bus ride ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport). You can park in our secure and spacious driveway. From the airport we are a 20-45 min (depending on traffic) drive. From the M5 motorway heading south (towards Canberra/Campbelltown) we are situated off the second Liverpool/Casula exit. City CBD is 40-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) City Central Station is 50-55 minutes by train via Airport line plus 10 min bus to station Airport is 25-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) Airport is 40-45 minutes by train plus bus to station ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport) ANZ Olympic Stadium is 35 min driving but is only 45 min by train via South line transfer at Lidcombe station from Glenfield Station with free parking, normally tickets to events include free trains. When families stay with children specially toddlers 2-6 at our flat we always recommend for those families with children to be aware of the safety of the children, we are worried about safety things (around cooktops or power to TVs), supervision of children or the fact that there is no backyard only a small front yard, please inform us if you are bringing your own cot and prams. We have Air Conditioning, Wi Fi Internet and we can supply extra blankets if requested. We also supply initial basic tea, coffee, milk and bathroom products, after that is user responsibility. We have one portable hair dryer at bathroom vanity. There is no laundry at our house . We can supply valet service with a bag of 7kg standard or Jumbo size 14kg approximately for washing-drying-folding for costing check with owners . Closest Laudromat Self Serve is located 3.3km away in 72 Hoxton Park Road open until 10pm.
    Our neighbourhood is very quiet and we have a nice cul de sac street, with no traffic except for people who live here. Walk to Reserve Parks are only 600m from the house. Bike and pedestrian roads are inside this protected area. PowerHouse Museum is only 2 km away, around 15 minutes walking. Casula Library is about 1km next to Casula mall shopping (Kmart and Coles are open 24 hrs). Gym are only 500m away. Council do not allow dogs unleashed on the street, normally all is good, please walk safely if you see something please report it. If access to our street is blocked take note of the rego plate and please call the parking rangers at Liverpool City Council Emergency Number.

  • My stay at Suji's place was great! It was exactly what I was looking for and as described in the ad. The location worked great for me for work, and the mall near by had everything I needed. The space was very generous. and accommodating. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable. I cooked my own food most of the time and the kitchen was well provisioned and had everything I needed. Suji was great to deal with from the start and provided very good company when we were both home together.

  • Ken's place is great. Ample street parking was available to us and access to the room was direct and simple. Check in was easy and straight forward. The room is tidy, spacious, has plenty of storage. We stayed to attend a wedding and were happy to find a wardrobe with coat hangers and an iron/ironing board. The shower was clean, wide, water warms up quickly and good water pressure. The air conditioner is a little noisy but worth it as it was very effective on the humid days we stayed. There is access to a small private outdoor area with chairs and a table. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We loved the tea & coffee. Ken was quick to respond to messages. Walking distance to two petrol stations and a pub with a bistro.

    Brand new renovated studio fitted with a kitchenette including a portable induction cooker hob and an electric fry pan. Light and airy, perfect for 2 people. We can accomodate 3, with an extra floor mattress. Although please keep in mind this will be in living room space so it will be a bit tight. Under 1 km walk to to Aldi and shops. There is also air-conditioning for your comfort.
    Our house is in suburban area of Sydney. The majority are families that live in the area. Please note we do live near the main road of our suburb, it can be quite busy in peak hour times but at night after 6 or so it quietens down.

Communication was fine with quick responses to sort everything out in the beginning around check-in details - Amy went out of her way to be helpful and communicative. Also we were impressed by the Papermill food hall - a range of food outlets, nice ambiance, great service and just down the road - fantastic. We can also provide a mattress and bedding for a small child if needed. Washing - We have provided a brand new washing machine and dryer for guests exclusive use. However, due to space restrictions in the guest suite, this is located in the back patio of the main house but still provides easy access to guests using a back side gate. Guests have their own external entrance and come in and go through the side access to the property. We provide easy self check in and out for your convenience. Guests also have their private small outside area courtyard with seating for 2. This space can suit long term guests, there is no lounge area but we have provided table and chairs for 2 in the small hallway that is part of the suite. We have a pet Labrador living in the main house which is completely separate. We are a well traveled family of 4 living in the main house. We mostly cater to interstate and overseas visitors with own car who are in the area for work, holiday or visiting relatives. Overseas guests note that this place is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from Sydney CBD. What is nearby: Liverpool Hospital & Liverpool CBD - Our house is 15 minutes drive to Liverpool hospital and CBD. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away which will take you directly to Liverpool hospital and Liverpool CBD. Casula Mall & Restaurants Casula Mall and restaurants are 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk. Glenfield Station can be accessed by 10 minute drive or by bus. The airport train line stops at Glenfield. From Glenfield the trains to the Airport are approximately 30 minutes. Sydney Airport Sydney Airport by car is anything from 25 minutes during off peak weekends to an hour during peak periods. Sydney CBD is 45 minutes by train either from Casula station, Glenfield station or Liverpool station.
    Located in a very quite location in Fitzpatrick Cres Casula. Minute walk to the park. Casula Shopping Mall is 10 minutes walk which has Kmart, Coles & Aldi Supermarkets including Thai, Chinese, Indian & Kebab restaurants. It also has Oliver Brown, Gloria Jeans coffee shops and many other fast food shops. 3 minutes drive to M-5 motorway & McDonalds. Overseas visitors note Casula is 45 minutes from Sydney CBD.

  • Eric place is located at Cabramatta station, it’s T2 and T3 line, which both will send you to town, no worries. Eric’s place is so near to the station, which you really will not able to get nearer. if you came to sydney for culture study like me, you will love Cabramatta and you can see so many different culture live together in this place. Eric is kind and welcome host, due to i arrived sydney very late, and Eric guided me through and sleep well! and i slept well in his place! thank you eric!

  • Eric was a wonderful host, so much so that we ended up extending our stay. He’s quick to respond and very willing to help. If you prefer privacy, it’s almost like you have the apartment to yourself. The beds are very comfy, and the train station is literally across the street. For people like us who like to cook their own meals, there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. If you’re interested in fitness, we found a gym less than a ten minute walk, the location is very centralized in this suburb. Eric is fantastic about allowing you to use everything in the house, from the kitchen supplies, to the Netflix and cable television. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for a great first impression of Sydney!!

  • The location is close to Chinatown. The room is clean and spacious. There are racks to hang clothes and towels. Although the room has no windows but it is comfortable and quiet, the bathroom is clean and airy. The landlord Eric responds very quickly, enthusiastically responds to our questions, and has a good stay. .

  • We stayed at Eric's place for 3 weeks , he is a wonderful host very generous and kind hearted . He takes care of his guests really well and respects their privacy. He use to be busy the whole day and whenever time permits in the evenings we use to chat about different countries, culture, traditions, food, jobs, careers etc , in fact we even became friends with him :) , he is fun loving with a big smile on his face always. we really ENJOYED our stay, we were allowed to use his kitchen all the time, Wi-Fi is good, the place is just a min walk to the train station. John street is a 5 mins walk where you get lots of things for a good price, I would definitely recommend Eric's place its worth all the money and he keeps the room prices very reasonable.
