North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Beautiful apartment just before SPO

60 well-kept and comfortable square meters for up to 5 guests (2 on sofa bed) in the cozy village of Tating, 6 km before St. Peter-Ording. Tating is great for example, as a starting point for beautiful bike rides to SPO and on Eiderstedt or beautiful walks. All districts of SPO are about the same distance away. The apartment is located in a separate part of the building, which was built in 1998 to a listed main house. Price starts at €45/night in the low season.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

A cottage by the sea

Our small thatched cottage on the Eiderstedt peninsula is located just a few hundred meters from the North Sea. It is located on a barely used side street surrounded by fields in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Built on an old central dike, our cottage offers a panoramic view of North Frisian nature. The sea can be reached on foot or by bike in just a few minutes, and the famous sandy beach of Sankt Peter-Ording is 10 minutes away by car.
