“Built in 1797 (about the same time as the Georgian Lodge!), this is a lovely 25 minute walk along the Kennet & Avon canal to the point it crosses the weir on the River Avon. Nice views, great pub called the Cross Guns, plus you'll often see herons, egrets, swans and kingfishers.”
