Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Quaint & peaceful w/ views from almost every window, steps to a private boardwalk leading out to sandy Cape Neddick Beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding, tide pooling, & sunbathing awaits. 2 private decks w/ ocean views for BBQing & relaxing after a day at the beach. Unit has eat-in kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each) & 2 full bathrooms. 5 min to Short Sands shops & 10 min to Ogunquit. Friday-Friday only in July and August!
