“Moving to the last neighborhood of Zagora called 'Sotira' or 'Metamorfosi' make sure that you visit 'Niki's tavern' or 'Meidani' one of the oldest taverns of Zagora. In there you'll find Mrs Niki, the tavern's owner and you'll soon enough realise her food passion through the dishes. An experienced cook that will suggest you the best dish for you! Try to have a seat at the balcony with a wonderful view of Chorefto beach and Pelion mountain. Just remember to ask Mrs Niki which is the daily dish-mezes!

“In case you feel hungry and you're about to explore Agios Georgios square at Zagora, then you can visit 'Psilou' tavern. Nice plates and big portions in reasonable prices will please you. The location of the tavern is in an atmospheric and quite cobblestone place. Totally value for money...

“During the summer period, here you will find a mystic garden that offers you two choices. You can take your fully, homemade, traditional and every day different breakfast from 08.30-11.00 (it is better to reserve your seat before). At afternoon, you can relax at the gardens of "Archontiko Stamou Hotel", at "ANAMeLLA" cafe bar, eating a salad or a homemade sweet, listening to the music and drinking a glass of wine. Highly recommended!”
