Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

It's surrounded by a handcrafted furniture shop of Redulla's Antiques, and tablea, (cocoa tablets) are made just up the street. The market, Baclayon Church, Baluarte, and local eateries are all within a 10 min. walk. Our space is a niche spot for an artist to create or a small family to unwind.
