Stingray’s clientele is a rare mix of tourists and locals; the bar usually hoppin’ on weekends with its funky Pop Art theme and 50 tequilas lining the back bar.

Sadly we’ll never afford to stay the night in this crazy high-roller hotel, but doesn’t mean we can’t pretend with an evening elevated above the glittering lights of Broadbeach
