Food Scene

Affordable, with a nice ambiance, Tamarind Tree is your go to for Vietnamese food. Their menu is a whole book, but I recommend the green mango salad!

Have you ever seen locks in action? See the water rising higher, carrying boats from sea-level higher to Lake Washington and vice versa. Nearby is a nice park and great restaurants.

Go to the top of Columbia Center to get a great view of the city. It will cost about $15, but it's much less than the Space Needle. On about the 44th floor, there is a Starbucks you can have a drink at with quite a view, and without needing to pay any extra!

Drinks & Nightlife

Right by Gum Wall, this is Seattle's longest running Improv Theater. Improv is funny, interesting, silly, and you never know what you're going to get. Highly recommend this.
