Old school building turned artist studios. If an artist is in their space, you can say hello. If not, it's still worth a wander about, as it sits on an ISLAND in the French Broad River. There is also a walking loop around the island and a playground for kiddos.

Fitzgerald used to come here in the 1940s. Hot tubs are still up and running (and updated of course!) with naturally warmed waters from underground mineral waters. Furthermore, the Appalachian Trail goes through Hot Springs, so there are lots of hiking options here too!
