We love to hike but mostly day hikes or shorter. Here's a list of pretty easy manageable hikes for all ages
There's a great hike (lots of stairs) that head up from Fintry Provincial Park to the Water falls. The waterfalls are most spectacular in the spring and early summer. Super easy hike but you can make it longer by exploring the rest of Fintry including the public beach

Head towards Kelowna on Westside road for about 20 minutes and you will find Bear Creek. Theres a few hiking options but all are very manageable with some nice views and areas to play and explore.

In West Kelowna (30 minutes from La Casa), Mount Bouchierie is a uphill hike 30 to 40 minutes one way and 60 to 90 minutes round trip. At the top you have an amazing 360 degree view

Silver Star is an amazing ski hill in the winter (our favourite). In the summer there are endless options for hiking for the beginner to the advanced. Mountain biking is also popular at Silver Star
