Food scene

This is one of my personal favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning... grab some fresh, local produce, fresh cut flowers, a coffee and a homemade baked good! Biggest farmers market in the city on Saturday mornings (huge white tent located behind the market). Antique market on Sunday mornings. The main part of the market is open Tuesday - Saturday. The have a great selection of fresh meat, fish etc including harder to find cuts of meat and seafood. Also, a great place to go to have lunch. Really good bagel places, bakeries, sandwich joints etc.

Shopping

Lots of high end shops/ boutiques. Fancy restaurants, gyms and cafes. There is an Antropologie, free people, sephora, club monaco, The Bay, etc. The best Winners in the city is here too. The only Wholefoods in downtown Toronto is also in Yorkville. Pusateri's is a very high end grocery store that everyone in Toronto knows about. Everything they sell is amazing. A lot of high end grocery items and amazing prepared food. Definitely worth checking out. Barry's bootcamp opened a location here recently as well. A lot of the higher end hotels are located here and have nice patios, restaurants, bars etc.

Boutique Workouts

This is such an amazing workout that is popular in many big cities. It has you alternating between running on a treadmill and strength training. It all takes place in a "red room" with awesome music. If you want to go, I will join!!

Parks/Nature

This greenhouse is just a 10min walk from my place and is absolutely stunning. its also free! There are at least 4 different sections in this greenhouse - each with its own "climate." Many people even get their wedding photos taken here <3
