A visit to the castle is a must. It was voted the most romantic castle in Wales by the Countryfile magazine; Set 300 foot above the River Cennen this dramatic 13th Century ruin commands stunning views.
There is a café on site, an entrance fee is charged for a visit to the castle.
It is also an opportunity to visit Llandeilo; a delightful little town.
In addition there are lovely walks around the area.

Only 5 minutes by car from the Farm, it is worth the visit just for the views. Ideal stop on the way to Llandeilo for a stroll around the lovely town or en route to Dinefwr Castle and National Trust Property.

The walk from the house to the castle is a gentle undulating route and well worth the time. The property is located on the outskirts of the delightful town of Llandeilo - well worth a visit and only 20 minutes by car from the Farm.

Only 12 miles from the farm - easy to find with good car park on the edge of the beach. Lovely walks along the beach and around the headland (at low tide!) and a for the more energetic a walk to the castle. Dogs are permitted on one part of the beach throughout the year.
