Get a boat from Mgarr or from Hondoq ir-Rummien. Try to get there before 10am when the hoards of tourists arrive. Spend one hour in Blue Lagoon, then walk to Sta Maria bay which will be quieter after the tourist boats arrive. Remember to take plenty of water. From May until September there will be a little kiosque selling drinks and snacks in both bays.

Possibly the most secluded beach. There is a steep hill to get to the beach but during summer months, there is a jeep service to take you up and down the hill. There is also a small shack that sells hotdogs, drinks, ice creams and the occasional salad.

Parking in Victoria (aka Rabat) is very hard so head straight to this parking lot to try your luck. Next door there is a football ground that is sometimes open and you can park there and give a donation to the Football Nursery.
