The road around the lake are not so big, avoid big car and use boat or train
What to pack
light and medium heavy dresses
during the evening the air come from gthe mountains and the lake and sometimes it is better to have a pullover

Varenna, Menaggio, Mandello del Lario, Como, Lecco, Piona
They are so many places to visit to discover the real italian lifestyle. 3 days are few, better 7 days or... you will have to come back :)
