First time at Lake Como

Boat trip

Enjoy a roundtrip in public boats. For 15€ per person you can take every public boat (Navigazione Lago di Como) and boat between Lenno, Tremezzo, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna as long and as often you like. It’s one of the most relaxing ways to explore Lake

The Parco Teresio Olivelli, also called Parco Maier, is my favourite place at Lake Como to have a bath in the lake. The lake is accessible from two sides (jump in or go in) and near the small beach there is also an shower. You can spend your day relaxing in the sun in the park while being surrounded by 300 years old threes and have from time to time a snack or refresh at the bar at the entrance of the park. You can easily get there from Cà del Pitu by feed in 10 minutes.

The Olive Oil you find at Cà del Pitu can be bought at Oleificio Vannini. Consider that they use the olives from olives plant from our region, to be considered the most north-located olive oil in the world. With some luck you will also get some olives from our plants.

Lake Como by Boat

The best and chilliest way to explore Lake Como is to travel by boat. The pier of Tremezzo is about 15min away from la Cà del Pitu
