Fishing

Just across the bridge from Seaspray Getaway is the fishing pier. This used to be a wooden structure that was much lower to the water. Boats could pull up and dock for the day. Because of hurricane damage several years ago, the pier had to be rebuilt according to FEMA guidelines. It is now a cement structure much higher off the water.

Travelling with kids

Things for kids to do

Bring Razor scooters basketball install a Geocaching app play disc golf (we have discs) go to museum charter a fishing trip rent a golf cart playground go to airport at night and look at the stars pickleball
Getting around

Golf carts

There are several places to rent a golf cart. If the golf cart doesn't have a license plate on it, then you can't drive it on SR 24. Also, Cedar Key has an open container law. Please don't drink and drive a golf cart! Watch for pedestrians and stop signs. It's good manners to pull off the road and let cars pass you.
