I have always loved this store. It has always been a favorite stop. Whether you want to peer through the telescopes, find a super unique board game or bring a really cool souvenir home with you (educational toy, game or curio), this is the place to go. Staff is fantastic. My son and I always loved going here when he was growing up and I still love going there just to see what's new. :-)

Harvest Market has locations in Mendocino and also in Fort Bragg, both near our home. harvest market is a full service grocery store that also has housewares and specialty ingredients for most meals, especially if you are looking for healthy, hard to find ingredients. The Fort Bragg location is about twice as big, so if you need something super special, go to the Ft. Bragg location.

Harbor House is a 2 Michelin Star restaurant. It's only a 14 mile drive down the coast. Take that special someone for an amazing destination dinner.

This hole in the wall gem is our favorite for oysters on the half shell and other flavorful delights. Affordable and yummy, but if you want to go, it's small, so get there before the lunch or dinner rush. We love it there.

This lighthouse is super quaint, has a gift shop and on rare occasions, the lantern room is open for tours (probably not during Covid for the lantern room tour), and is a spectacular location for a hike, photography, picnic and more.

Spring Ranch Trail
The Spring Ranch Trail is a super easy out and back trail that runs from just behind the Cobbler's Walk parking lot out to the bluffs of the Mendocino Coast Headlands. Its an amazing place to watch whales, sunsets, wildlife, sealife, or just to dwell in silence. Make sure you bring your camera. Love this lovely walk (was hike)
