Yup. Hands down. The. Best.
GF is cooked in a separate kitchen space. Tons of hearty, savory options.
They are known for their GF Pumpkin Waffles that call omnivores back time after time! They will send the Waffle batter home with you (ask your host to borrow a waffle maker!) but they also warm up well even a couple of days later.
NOTE for 2023: Jan-Feb CLOSED as they move to a space across the street from their old Main location. If your map app takes you to a closed restaurant, simply turn directly around and look for "Saranac Commons".

This one another of my top 3 favorite in town. They have fantastic food but it is more expensive than Boots. This is the place you go on a fancy date before heading to the Theater.
One of my favorite things: Mocktails! they are beautiful and very creative flavors. Take a chance on one that sounds weird, it's worth it.

Close to Manito Park and Huckleberries Natural foods store, this is up on "the South Hill" from Downtown. One of my top 3 Vegetarian restaurants. They have a wonderfully creative chef and the menu does change with the seasons.

Downtown Spokane just off freeway. A bunch of gluten-free & vegan friends repeatedly rave about their menu options & the quality of their food. They do have take out & but I am not certain what delivery app they are on.

Ask for the gluten-free menu, it has some vegan options as well. There are a few others Twiggs Bistro in the area so worth checking addresses based on what activities you might be up to.

One of the best burger places for Omnivores, they cook up any of the burger options with Beyond Burger as well. They have these perfectly crisp dill french fries. Recommend calling to ask if GF option is safely cooked for those more sensitive though.

Look for the "Huckleberries" section in the middle of the store for both food & non-food items that meet various diet & natural source needs. The vegetable & deli selections are also some of the better quality in the Valley but slightly higher priced.

Closest to the Cottage & a pretty amazing array of options for any need. Use the East entrance which opens to fruits & veggies then go straight to the back to find natural foods (and the flower section is pretty good, too). Ask the staff for dairy free cheese section, protein alternatives and gluten free options.
This is a big box store that does a really good job providing for the various special dietary needs. They also have clothing, batteries, camping supplies & wood bundles. A friend of mine often says, "If you can't find it at Fred's, you probably don't need it."
