Its a seriously authentic wild west town. The buildings are old and amazing. There are many many bars and you can walk around down town with your drink. They have lots of museums and tours. They have many events throughout the year. Its about 40 minutes from our house in Reno.

Kings beach is the closest town in Lake Tahoe to the NW part of Reno. Its about 45 minutes away, and Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places in the world. If you have never been its worth the trip.
