This is a must see! Lots of information from the Anglo Saxon Era. Beautiful grounds and state rooms. It hosts a small reasonably priced cafe. Has beautiful views of the beach and local town. Known as the most filmed fortress, as it starred in the first two Harry Potter films and Downton Abbey!

Set in an old train station, this quirky book store has many pleasures. The abundance of books, a small cafe and an open fire where you can sit with a cup of tea. Its also dog friendly.
