A lovely place to visit for snowdrop walks and to see the snakes head fritillaries. They often have open air theatre in the summer. A little cafe for a bite to eat, a garden to explore and a garden centre and shops for a mooch.

A lovely place for a walk or picnic by the river. Two good pubs on the way - The Perch in Binsey and The Trout in Wolvercote. I recommend parking at either of these, going down to the river for a walk and then stopping for lunch or a drink at one (or both) of the pubs.

Exquisite French food in a chocolate box village pub only a 10 minute drive from the cottage. They do 'Tour de France' French special nights every Wednesday and Moules Frites nights every Thursday at around £20 per person for 2-3 courses.
