Þórsmörk is one of our favorite place in Iceland. You need a 4x4 jeep if you want to drive yourself but we also recommend taking a bus. There are a few travelling companies that offer trips to Þórsmörk. Perfect for hikers - and for the experienced hikers we recommend the 1-2 day hike ,,Fimmvörðuháls”.
