Lots of great spots for swiming in the ocean arond the island. Lidingö centrum offers shops and also Systembolaget where you can get alcohol, the only place to buy alcohol in Sweden is the stores called Systembolaget and there is one in Lidingö Centrum. There is also restaurants and some other boutiqes.

Classic old local bistro for a drink, lunch or dinner. You can sit outside if the weater is nice and watch the square in centrum and people passing by. The burger is good. Also biff rydberg.

Lidingöbanan och tunnelbana

Snabbaste sättet att ta sig in till stan är att ta Lidingöbanan från Larsbergs station till Ropsten och därifrån tunnelbanan. Ca 7 minuter till T-centralen med tunnelbana från Ropsten.
