Rainbow lake is a lovely lake for fishing. To reach public access, in Pinetop-Lakeside, turn south on Rainbow Lake Road or Lakeview from Highway 260.
A good portion of the shoreline is privately owned. Because of this, it is better to fish from a boat. Spring and early summer is the best time to fish for trout since those are the trout stocking periods.
*Note: boats are restricted to electric or a maximum of 10 HP gas motors.

Rainbow lake is a lovely lake for fishing. To reach public access, in Pinetop-Lakeside, turn south on Rainbow Lake Road or Lakeview from Highway 260.

With a cozy atmosphere, Darbi's serves the most delicious breakfast and lunch. Fill your belly with great quality comfort food. Darbi's does get busy. If someone in the party is able to go ahead of the group and reserve a table, that's always recommended.
