City advice

Getting around

Bus travel

There is a bus which runs daily from Seaton to Sidmouth via Beer. You can catch it at the stop outside the Beer Village Store. If you look online for the 899-Seaton-Sidford-Sidmouth Axe Valley Mini Travel you will find the time table. There is also a once daily return to Exeter.
What to pack

Bring some cash!

Some of the local businesses, eg... Beer fish & chip shop and Ducky's cafe on the beach will only take cash. There are no cash points in Beer but the post office can be used when it is open, and Beer village store and the Anchor will give cash back. There are cash points in Seaton at Tesco and Lloyds Bank.
