Historically the best hamburger stand in Austin. There are other fancier places with over priced burgers, but Sandy's has the burger for the right price AND some delicious shakes to boot.

Polvos is my favorite restaurant in Austin. Mexican food that will rock you socks off, salsa that will burn your tongue but tastes SO good, and kicking margaritas. What more do you need?
