10 min by train from the apartment, this park is simply put....huge! It has museums and gardens galore, as well as a zoo to boot. Definitely a must see while in Tokyo!

This temple is a short walk away and easy to access if you visit the Jizo Dori Arcade. This temple first opened in 1596 in  Ueno, Tokyo. It finally settled in its present place in 1891.
