We like to come here for a quick and down-to-earth Honduran lunch: Tacos, Tamales, plantain. The fresh juices are great too! Nothing fancy, but relaxed and family-friendly!

For old world service and an amazing steak there is no better than the Pacific Dining Car. It's been around since 1921 and like its cuts, it gets better with time. Each year I go here with my brothers

This is our favorite spot for Korean BBQ! You wont spend much and you get a lot. Order Bulgogi (marinated beef) or the Kalbi (spare rib). Name is in Korean but just need to know it's next to the 7-11.

The best bagels in Los Angeles hands down and just a 10 minute walk from the front door. Jalapeno-Cheese is our favorite.

Every summer, there are free concerts at the park - everything from mariachi bands, and jazz, to gospel. On Sunday afternoons, there are events for kids, including puppet shows. Fun for the family!

Walk the same aisles as Ryan Gosling in "Drive" at our neighborhood market. You can get all the basics here and some great Latino fare. Their guacamole is really really good.
