Getting around
Don't wait to late to eat, small town rolls up by 10 most nights, then fast food only.
Topeka is not that large, 120k people? Or there a'bouts, but it is spread out. A car is a must to get around and to your eating establishment. I'm walking distance from downtown, a brisk 10 minutes, but plan on using your car if you don't want to do that.
Useful phrases
Despite being capitol city, think small town.
I couldn't rent a Hertz rental car with points in Topeka, would have to pick up car at K.C. International. Surprised me being the capitol, but there you go.
