"End of the Line" refers to where the final destination of the original street cars used to stop. A great local coffee shop and ice cream on hot summer days! They are also a full general store where you can pick up the basics. Only a 15 min walk from our home.

Some of the best sushi around, known by the locals. Very creative rolls including the "Lynn Valley Roll" and the "Canyon Roll". You may want to order and pick up as the inside is very small, only 6 tables.

Where the locals go, especially after ripping the trails. You'll often see more mountain bikes than cars in the parking lot. Great food and families welcomed: "We're currently welcoming families and children to join us for lunch from Monday - Friday from 11am until 2pm then again every Saturday, Sunday and on all statutory holidays between 11am – 4pm. Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while in the pub."

Beautiful beach with stunning views of Stanley Park and Vancouver. Enjoy a walk on the seawall from Ambleside to Dundarave taking in the ocean view, art galleries and nearby shopping along the way. There's even a part of the beach that is dog-friendly, where all good dogs come to frolic at the beach! This is a recommendation from Lucy!

Take the gondola for an amazing view of the whole of greater Vancouver, or stretch your muscles and hike up the famous Grouse Grind (not for the meek). :) The top of the mountain has plenty of activities year round, including world-famous skiing in the winter months.
