Parks & Nature

Ombla is the shortest river in the world! After 20 km of underground flow, Ombla comes straights out of the stone cliffs as the powerful spring. 30 meters from the Ombla source there is a small waterfall after which Ombla empties into Adriatic sea, in the 5 km long fjord called Rijeka dubrovačka. No wonder that Dubrovnik¨s nobility has chosen this particular location back in the 16th century to build their mansions.
