Magalloway Mountain has an approximate elevation of 3,360′. Atop this beautiful mountain you will find the Magalloway Mountain Fire Tower which has a 360 degree view. To access the hiking trail, drive north on Rte 3 to Magalloway Road, Follow Magalloway Road for 5 miles, turn at the sign and continue another 3 miles. The trail head is where the road ends. There are two trails which lead to the summit. Both take approximately 45 minutes.
