The Two Tunnels walk/cycle path - there is an entrance onto this a few hundred metres from the house. Walk up the hill, take the first left and just around the corner on Greenaway Lane there is a steep flight of stairs/path on to the path. From here you can walk into Bath or through the Combe Down tunnel. From there you can follow the old canal further down the valley if you wish. http://www.sustrans.org.uk/sites/default/files/file_content_type/bath_tt_web.pdf
