Live music some Fridays and Saturdays and great brick oven pizza. Delicious brunch on Sundays as well. Call ahead for reservations if you can but they also take walk-ins.

Timber frame restaurant/brewery provides a cozy atmosphere. If it's nice, eat outside on the balcony overlooking the New River! We love their black and blue steak salad as well as the burger.

Parks & Nature
This is a nice, close place to put in a fishing boat, kayak or canoe. There is a little grassy spot to sit and watch the kids swim as well. If the River is low, you can paddle upstream about a 1/4 mile to Goat Island. Fun to get out and swim around.

Behing the Church, back and to the left, is a great little swimming hole. Nice shady and sunny spot to walk up and down the creek and take a little dip! Our kids love this place as they can run back and forth from the playground to the creek!

McCoy Falls is a beautiful spot to swim, tube and fish. The New River Junction offers tubes and shuttle buses for a small fee. Or you can find a spot on the side of the road (past the junction, off of their property) and do your own thing for free!
