Not only is the Marfalafel one of the tastiest lunches in town, these guys are some of the coolest. They are open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to three, cash only. On Friday nights Mark Scott (previous owner of Fat Lyle's Food Truck) hosts late night dinner from 7pm until 11pm from the walk-up window behind the food truck. His cooking is some of the best in Marfa! Cash or Card on Friday nights only.

Ramona makes humongous burritos with homemade tortillas and fresh ingredients. Her enchiladas aren't on the menu, but always ask if she has them; they are the best I've ever had! This space is typically open only on weekdays from 7am-2pm, but you can try your luck on a Saturday or Sunday.
