Visit on a Sunday when you'll catch the weekly market. If you're lucky the bandstand will be in full swing. Highly recommend the blueberry pancakes from the cafe. The cafe also does a decent selection of local craft beers.

They have open sessions on a Saturday every 1-2 weeks (pre-booking recommended) where you can get a taster of track cycling.
