First off, everyone at this gym is extremely welcoming. Sometimes you walk into a gym and get the feeling they don't really want you there, NOT the case here. No egos or mat bullies. Everyone is super friendly, especially on the BJJ mat. You get a wide variety of experience levels, White to Black. Technique is top notch and the gyms cleanliness is top notch as well. If you just want to get a workout in or put in serious training time at a high level this place will meet all your needs. They also have a shower which is a huge plus. Go say hello and train for a few days. You will not be disappointed.
