Yes, you can walk to Manhattan! Strap on your sneakers and walk the bridge (it is a 1.3 mile walk). You won't regret the stunning views! Once you make it over the bridge, you are in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The Brooklyn Bridge Pedestrian Walkway and Bicycle Lane begin at Tillary Street and Adams Street. You can take these subways whose stops will be within walking distance of the entrance to the walkway leading to the bridge.
